Matrix offers a Preferred Parts Program which provides monthly or quarterly automatic parts delivery (with pre-approved PO) from our parts department. The program offers consistency on the required and recommended consumables based on previous buying history. Automatic delivery offers you consistency that saves money and reduces or eliminates downtime costs. Programs are individually tailored to our customer’s unique needs and reviews are available on request.
Spare Parts Kit Program
Throughout your machine's lifecycle, parts will need to be replaced. Once you run into this, or just want to make sure you are prepared, contact our Parts team. Given the serial number of your machine, our parts team can get all that you need. We also offer this service with pictures in case of a language barrier. We break these down into different "levels" for each product to make it easier for our customers.
- Level 1 are consumables and high wear items which should be kept in stock at all times. Things like:
- pull belts
- knife blades
- thermocouples
- heat cartridges
- wear strips
- foam tape
- Level 2 are "next level wear items" that can often times be damaged throughout the machine's lifecycle. These parts are mostly vital to your machine running, and you're machine will be down without them.
- Level 3 items are mostly higher price point components such as electrical/electronic pieces.
3-Month Parts Kits
We can also provide 3 month parts kits, where you order the same parts you would normally order every 3 months into one "kit" to make sure you have all your necessary consumable spare parts in stock to avoid down time. Having these parts ordered in the 3 month parts kit eliminates the need to call in small parts orders as often, eliminates multiple chipping charges. We have found that customers who take advantage of this service save up to and sometimes over $1,000 a year in shipping costs, not to mention time saved.
