These continuous motion machines are heavy-duty, versatile, continuous motion end-load cartoning solutions designed for maximum efficiency, durability, and reliability. The Bartelt and Scandia continuous motion end-load cartoners are available in two models:
- Bartelt CMC Cartoner
- Scandia Model 465
The Bartelt CMC cartoner is a fast, flexible, and reliable machine that has all the advantages of full servo control. With operating rates of up to 400 cycles per minute, this solution takes its place in the high-performance class of horizontal, continuous motion cartoning machines.
The Model 465 is a continuous motion, small-center, progressive load cartoner. Features include rotary carton feed, phased product bucket conveyor and carton carrier chain for ease of size changeover. This model can achieve speeds up to 200 cartons per minute.
